I doubt that. The plan still includes retaining walls in the east, retaining walls around the parking spaces, backfilling, etc.

I just took a look at Beitrag#265. You removed the earth load beneath the SM in the north. Is it still stable now?

How high is the SM? I would estimate 2.5 m. I thought only 1.5 m was allowed?

It is already being redesigned and yes, there is still a bit to do, but the retaining walls will be smaller or partly omitted altogether. What I meant was that there is at least a price tag I can anticipate.

Indeed, the earthworker was overzealous there. The structural engineer said it’s still okay, but has concerns about erosion due to weathering. That’s why there will be plantings in concrete pots added there. Tomorrow we will all be on site and will know more about this. The retaining wall is about 2.5 m high, correct, was built without approval, and still has no approval but a toleration.

I can’t remember right now why you didn’t take over this planning back then (?)

At that time, I had reserved a plot and started my own planning (see green). I then canceled the notary appointment due to the increased construction costs (preliminary inquiries with contractors were either not answered at all or quoted astronomical prices) and the bleak outlook.
