Funny that you write this today, as I have noticed a few mistakes that the architect will adjust. We have only rearranged the main bathroom on the upper floor; everything else remains the same.
As usual, I would be interested in that. Can you tell me the # of the post? I don’t want to search through the 46 pages.
I’ll look it up later, sorry that I’m a bit short right now.
The fact is, for example, that the garden retaining wall is further back than planned, otherwise I would have needed a 3rd row. That, in turn, means that the outside stairs from the street to the garden can no longer be implemented as originally thought, etc.
I just took a photo of it because I couldn’t find the current plan. As mentioned, the outside stairs from the street to the garden are missing and the retaining wall is 2-3 meters behind the planned location (almost in line with the foundation slab).
I hope you don’t run out of money. Did you at least manage to get financing on reasonable terms?
It was quite exhausting to get the financing sorted out properly. We spent several months on it and, of course, received the energy consultant’s documents on 21.01.22; on Monday, 24.1., it was then too late for the KfW subsidy and all these funny things. This project nowadays is obviously extremely ambitious – no matter what calculations were made, they were off. That’s why I also have to make sure no money is wasted. But I’m optimistic that everything will work out. The biggest variable was the earthworks, which we have completed – so now everything is easier to calculate.
