As already mentioned in post #84: 2 levels would be great, downstairs the parents' ground floor with 80m2, next to it parking spaces with 50m2. On top of that, shifted along the slope to the back, our attic floor with 130m2. Access to the parents' area via the garage in the east, access to the attic floor via a few stairs in the north.

The question now is whether I have to fully basement the ground floor. I would really like to avoid a 3rd level.

Have a look at post #118. It works with 2 levels. No basement but a residential lower ground floor.

How urgent is it for you?
