Your first draft from post #75 does not work. In the north, no windows work.

Take a look in the construction area and the surroundings to see if anyone has built well on the slope. You can then ask them who the architect was. On Google, for example, you can see that some neighbors have rotated their house along the contour line.

Am I seeing this correctly? The base area of the parents' house is 15*9.5 and yours is 12*9.5*2? That is about 310 m2 living space * 2500 euros = 775 k + slope 50 k + driveway 65 k 4 garages 40 k, ancillary costs 80 k roughly 1 million. Either increase the budget or save extremely. Parents don't need 120 m2 and neither do you 190 m2. Garages also cost money.

Wow, that's really cool. Thank you very much for your efforts :) I calculated the driveway as 35m * 9% = 3+ m plus a maneuvering area of 5m with 3 - 4 %, so that the rain regularly cleans it. - Unfortunately, I can't offer better elevation lines than here zweifamilienhaus-optimieren-....jpg. - I would also keep the driveway as far to the right as possible (13037623-...jpg), because our property extends straight beyond the curb corner (Teilstück Südwest.jpg). - As mentioned, the driveway is just under 35m long (IMG_3571.jpg).

No, there is an error somewhere - how do you come up with these dimensions, I usually draw on my phone at night, maybe I completely mixed something up? We will have between 140 - 150 m2 and the parents +/- 85 m2, it should be a total of 240 m2 - I think no one will come up short.

With the gained height from the driveway and the cellar, windows should be possible on the north side of the ground floor with excavation. Unfortunately, I have no eye for that, so I hope to plan with someone as soon as possible. You and many others are really to be envied ☺️

how did you support your driveway? What did it approximately cost?
