That is true, we had the same thought, and that is definitely somewhat cheaper. But we don't like it at all. We would rather accept less WF. What we can also imagine is building the houses a bit narrower - but then the driveway will be shorter and the house correspondingly lower.

I also have the parents-in-law in the house. That works well. I am the owner and rent to the [SE]. They have 80m2 (ground floor 50m2 and in the attic above the garage bedroom + bathroom 30 m2). I suppose the parents of your wife will finance part of it?

No, the financing is solely in my name or my wife's and mine, and it is mostly borne by me. The parents have offered, but God knows how long they will still be with us. However, they insist on supporting us monthly. Do you have a photo of your house or how it is planned?

So we have similar foundations. My house wouldn’t work on your property. I can gladly send you the plans via PM if we have enough contributions.

Heureka, today the elevation plan has arrived. This way you can get an idea of the conditions. Each line represents a 20cm height difference.
At the same time, a fee proposal came from the surveyor’s brother for 200 m2 driveway area for cars with turning area and retaining walls.

What does fee proposal mean per se? Because the estimated sum for the driveway is already astronomical.

Thank you. One can work with that. My estimate wasn't so bad after all. Only the one steep spot on the west side is a bit off.

What did you pay for the survey?

What is the access road supposed to cost?

My first drafts of the access road can do without retaining walls so far. Your changes, on the other hand, don't work.
