Hello, there is news: the first drafts from our architect are here. He is not satisfied yet himself and has only made the draft for coordination. But we are already very happy about it, especially because finally someone managed (apart from you guys here!) ♥️ to place the house on the site and mark the elevations.

In addition
- the house will be about 4 m further east,
- there will be a staircase from the turning area to the driveway (so you don't have to walk up the entire driveway), and
- the level, supported garden area is also not yet optimal.

For now, I'm concerned with the location on the property and the exterior design, that is, walls and driveway. What do you think about it and what would you improve?

Do I understand correctly that the tenants are supposed to get not only a walk-in but even a walk-through shower?

According to the plan, yes. Although it wasn't discussed, we are open to it.

The planner thought so too. What bothers me more is that there is no window there. I need to digest this first before I can say anything.

You know my draft. It is optimized regarding earthworks and retaining walls.

The contractor did not plan with the slope. He equipped his standard house with a basement.

A lot of excavation in the slope and plenty of SW are the result. You can build it like that, but it is not effective.

It was not an architect who planned this. The draftsman carried out the task of the general contractor (with your wishes), that's it.

The maximum wall height is also not being observed.
