Right, we got another healthy prince and at the same time as the birth a home savings contract was added to the HWS – those were just two exciting topics of the last 18 months

I have a very conscientious structural engineer, my earthworks contractor, shell builder, and window supplier/installer are absolute top professionals. Reliable and competent, also a meticulous building savings contract, which I haven't had much to do with yet.

I am friends with the heating/plumbing guy and the electrician comes from him. I was also able to secure really good conditions from the local building materials supplier who supplies me with doors, bricks, and tiles.

I really put a lot of effort into the selection and hope that everything goes as expected – either smoothly or discussed on equal terms – but in any case constructively.

Not to forget that Corona put us all out of action for 4 weeks three months later was an interesting time

Hi guys, finally the time has come. The house is almost finished - we moved in this weekend. The terrace in the basement is still missing, as well as the outdoor staircase.

Many thanks to all the helpers, it has been a very turbulent journey with many ups & downs, lawyer, botched construction, idiotic ideas on our part, great craftsmen, stupid mistakes (currently: no cable installation because of MagentaTV. But they didn’t tell us that cable provides the best internet, etc.), stolen meter cabinets on one side, a heat pump delivered 8 months earlier than expected on the other side, etc.

So again: many, many thanks to everyone, the forum was very important and helpful
