Shouldn't I rather support the south side of the driveway, because to the north (where the wall is drawn in your plan) there is already the slope? I thought the retaining wall in the area of the house connections is in any case that high, because I basically have a hole there and with the driveway I have to hold back the embankment to prevent the weight of the cars from pushing the slope away

Here is the sketch for 8%. You can reasonably only get to 209.5 FFH garage or parking spaces.

I will write you the height of the ramp. Then you can look at the contour lines to see how high the offset is. With the steep slope, you will probably need a retaining wall on both sides for the most part. I have quickly drawn the 8% option as accurately as possible.

ah, now I get it :) thank you very much I would plan the driveway on the first half as steep as possible, taking into account the overhang and wheelbase. For people who want to come to us on foot, I can put a staircase where the house connections are, right? The company even told me yesterday that it might be worth considering giving back the property :( we really didn't want to hear that, but if there's no other way ...

Give back? I think the difficult property has potential. The crux is you need partners who are interested in it. With a long driveway and partial basement, maybe the thread from would be interesting. I mean, it is very detailed.

One has already been found and we'll find the general contractor as well. The builders of your neighbors can't all be dead or retired.
