Perhaps you should first focus on less space (Budget), meanwhile familiarize yourself a bit with barrier-free living for seniors (Mother) and look at floor plan designs online to see how living with family and children should and could work.

I think that is the best advice, you should take it to heart. Even if you are disappointed about the reactions to your own floor plan, in which you surely invested a lot of time and brainpower, people here really want to help you. After all, it's about a few euros.

Yes, I find north-facing windows for living spaces very pleasant: it stays reasonably cool in summer, the light doesn’t glare as much but is comfortable for the eyes, and you don’t have to shade during the sunny season.
In my current house, I have the living spaces facing east and definitely have to shade from morning until afternoon in summer. I would prefer north-facing windows (which can then be wide enough).
With direct sunlight entering the kitchen, my tomatoes and apples and everything else that is stored outside the refrigerator get moldy.

Have I already said that I would prefer a north-facing window for the living spaces? :D

Oh yes, even with the most youthful hairstyle, mothers don’t stay 58 forever :)

How soon will he be an architect? Is he authorized to draw? Having a full basement in houses that spread out so much is not common. You can see that you don't even need the space. Family – how many people is that? Are they actually available, or can they only help briefly one weekend a month? You want to do the electrical work yourself on 400 sqm and surely the garage as well? Have you ever done that much electrical work yourself? Is anyone else helping? You also want to do masonry and painting alone. How many years have you planned for the construction?

Hmm, well, right off the bat. I probably have less than 10% of the knowledge about building/planning etc. compared to my predecessors. But maybe that’s why my opinion might help you a bit (kind of like from an outsider :) )

To me the floor plans look like a labyrinth, sorry for the expression. But right from entering the house I only see doors?! I start in a small hallway with stairs -> 2 doors. Then comes the first larger “room” with living and dining area. Then a door so that I stand in a 2.45m² small room/hallway!? Why don’t you just leave out this door? circled in red

The same thing with the granny flat (circled in red) why is the door there? A 1m² hallway that only consists of doors?! Somehow you create unnecessarily small rooms/hallways with 100 doors. Every guest will get lost. I’m just imagining if a guest asks for the toilet: 1 door right, then 2 left, in that hallway then the 3rd door clockwise on the right from there into the other hallway and the door opposite. Of course exaggerated now, but I hope you know what I mean

Attic:
You are basically building a small apartment for possible children in terms of size -> 65m²! Crazy The walk-in closet is also completely poorly planned. Here again this labyrinth. You come up the stairs into a nice big hallway and then go into the walk-in closet, which somehow then represents the next center, because from there you get into a total of 4 other rooms... My predecessors already said it. In your case this is no longer a walk-in closet but rather a passage room / hallway.

Basement roughly the same doors, doors, doors.. you create passage rooms everywhere. From the hallway to the storage, from there to the utility room, from there to the basement room.

So even as a layman I have never seen anything like this. I have seen many floor plans and tried to understand them, since we ourselves had the topic of building a house and went through several general contractors. But unfortunately basically nothing fits together here

further points:
- Why 2 saunas?!
- Relaxation rooms, fitness rooms, apparently 10 bathrooms, 100 doors etc. pp. I have seen many smaller floor plans here in the forum for much more money.

As I said, I have zero knowledge about planning etc. But about prices a bit. This will NEVER work with 700k. Even if the basement is left out the budget is not enough.

Sorry for the harsh criticism. But this has nothing to do with serious planning. This all sounds like “I make the world the way I like it.
