No.
The guidelines for the new funding will be published at the end of 2020, but the amount of funding will hardly change, since the funding rates were already adjusted and increased in 2020. What will be new, however, is that the special use of renewable energies and particularly sustainable construction projects will be rewarded with extra funding. For all funding, builders and owners will in the future be able to choose between a grant and a loan.

Of course he is right. MIGHT. He could also say that a meteor MIGHT fall on your property. He doesn’t know and neither do we.

Since the KfW will only adjust its program in mid-2021, you can decide for yourself what you want to do ;-)

You can choose between a grant and a loan? So as a builder, I could continue to receive the grant when renovating as before without having to take the loan from KfW? That would indeed be a huge relief. This stupid loan for 2 residential units with the installment almost blows up the household budget of all banks.. But does it only apply from mid-2021? So if I apply for the loan now, the matter is over for me, right?

really sh.... actually where did you get the info from? since I would like to build 40+ and there are currently still problems with the construction company, which suddenly can't do it after all or at least not at the quoted price, it could actually take a bit longer for me. But everything stays as it is for now at the beginning of 2021, right?

Unfortunately, I did not understand your last hint (probably with the whole fence) ...

But thank you very much for the quick response.

Very specifically:
KfW 153 basically remains the same for now, only the calculation method is now different, possibly even advantageous.
BAFA is still uncertain for 2021 but will probably remain the same, did I understand that correctly?

And both can be combined?

Thank you very much in advance for the answer!

Unfortunately only from the trade press. Today, for example, there is another association hearing concerning funding amounts.

Correct. No changes in what is funded and also not in the amount.

To my knowledge, you understood/reproduced it correctly
