Maybe I understand this wrong, but on the BAFA page it says this: The cumulative use of other funding for the same eligible costs is generally possible, provided that the total of loans, grants, and allowances does not exceed the amount of the eligible costs. With funding from the KfW program established under the CO2 Building Renovation Program, cumulative use is only possible with the KfW programs "Energy-efficient Construction" (program number 153) and "Energy-efficient Renovation – Supplemental Loan" (program number 167).

Hmm. I think the BAfA page you posted hasn't been updated since Dec. 2020. That's why only the old programs are mentioned there.

However, you could still be right.

Several users here (including myself) have had the KfW confirm both verbally (funding advice via hotline) and in writing that combining it with the new program is possible.

In the end, though, we probably won't know for sure until the information sheet is released and we receive a binding statement from the BAfA on this.

The energy certificate is provided by the construction company. It is included in the package. For financing, I need a contract for work. Appointment with the managing director of the construction company is tomorrow.

Hello everyone, the time has finally come. The long-awaited information sheets for the BEG WG as a loan and grant option have been published.
They can be found on the KFW website under the respective program (Loan: 261, Grant: 461) and then under Forms and Downloads.
With this, KFW has finally clarified how the technical values (e.g. thermal bridge coefficient/surcharge) are to be calculated for the funding application. This means that applications that may be submitted from 01.07.21 can now be calculated, i.e. the energy efficiency experts can get started...
Unfortunately, the interest rates for the loan variant have not yet been published; they will only be announced on 01.07.21.

The old BAfA subsidy is a Market Incentive Program, right? That probably means that the BAfA subsidy 2020 is not combinable with the new KfW program, correct? :/

Yes, those were MAP. Correct, it cannot be combined and thus it should actually be worthwhile to quickly secure BAFA + KfW 153...
