Photovoltaics along with storage will only become really cheap once a few million electric cars are recycled

The storage systems will certainly become significantly cheaper. Photovoltaic modules will only become a little cheaper. Installation costs will continue to rise and installation is never as easy as during construction, e.g. scaffolding and cranes are already in place. Financing is also never as easy as with new construction and currently there is still [Einspeisevergütung]. This will certainly disappear completely in the next 5-10 years and be replaced by a photovoltaic mandate. For me, it makes little sense to build without photovoltaics if you can afford it.

Hello everyone,

I have been a reader here in the forum for quite some time and have already been able to take many important pieces of information from here. Thank you very much for that!
Now, you could often read here that the BAFA subsidy from 2020 can only be combined with the current KfW program (151/152) and not with the BEG subsidy (261/262).

I received the following email from KfW today:

Dear Mr. XY,

thank you very much for your inquiry. We apologize for only responding today.

We assume that you applied for grant funding for the heat pump in September 2020 from the market incentive program for the "Promotion of measures to use renewable energies in the heat market" of the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA).

We are pleased to confirm that the promotion of the heat pump in the BAFA market incentive program may be combined with our current product Energy-efficient Renovation (152/152) or, from 01.07.2021, with the Federal funding for efficient buildings (261/262).

Please note:
The investment costs you apply for the heat pump under the BAFA funding are not eligible for funding under the Energy-efficient Renovation product (151/152) and in the BEG WG. The costs exceeding the BAFA grant must be financed otherwise. ...

I hope I am not missing something obvious, but this is clearly the confirmation that you can probably combine BAFA and BEG?!

Regards

That would be crazy. I really can't believe it. In the funding conditions, the combination with other funding programs is, in my opinion, excluded.

Double funding is excluded - which is not the case here anyway.
