sorry if the question has already been answered in this form.

My construction project: 160 sqm solid construction, KfW 55, air-water heat pump with controlled residential ventilation and photovoltaic system (whether with or without storage still unclear)
Planned start of construction: March 2021

I understood that from 01.07.2021 the KfW funding 153 will be replaced by the new calculation.
It could be that due to the photovoltaic system the calculation shows that the house might even meet the KfW 40 standard? (Due to the consideration of energy generation)

My prospective heating engineer now said on the phone that the Bafa funding for air-water heat pumps and controlled residential ventilation in new buildings might be completely discontinued from 2021 and therefore the planning in 2020 should be completed as soon as possible to secure funding.
Is this true, or do you have information on this?
