I read it again, it is as you say (the cap of 2,000 € applied until the end of 2019). In your specific case, in my view, using the old BAFA in combination with a 153 KFW definitely makes sense. You would only slightly exceed the estimated 7,000 € BAFA in the new BEG setup, if at all? Have you already engaged your energy expert, which you need for the KFW applications? And is the rest of the financing already arranged? You have to submit the KFW application through your house bank...
