Federal funding for efficient buildings (BEG) from Q1 2021

Hello everyone,

KFW 55 is the old variant. KFW 55 EE and KFW 55NH are the new ones.

That would mean, if I achieve KFW 55NH, where I already get 2.5 percent more subsidy. Can I also apply for BAFA afterwards?

Although it is still not clear to me how to achieve the NH class.

Count yourself among the lucky ones, we only decided to build at the end of February, so I couldn't even apply for the BAFA :-(

I have now written to kfw and BAFA. Hopefully an answer before 01.07. :-)

I believe that I can do the following combination:
BAFA (old) = €6-8k for the geothermal heating + €4-5k for the controlled residential ventilation
kfw 55 (new) = €18k grant
That makes: €11.5k BAFA (old) + €18k kfw (new) = €29.5k > kfW 55 EE.

Am I correct?

Maybe I expressed myself incorrectly. We applied for the BAFA last year as well, since we didn't yet know which KFW we would take. :) I had mentally shelved the application with the previous articles.
