The 35%. The funding amount is max. €50,000. And unfortunately, only the ground-water heat pump was applied for. Is it still possible to apply for the controlled residential ventilation afterwards? It costs €14,200 x 35% = €4,970.

As far as I know, you can no longer change the applied amount retrospectively.

Was there an option to explicitly apply for the controlled residential ventilation in the BAFA application? Our energy consultant submitted the application for us back then, and I just didn’t find a field where one could enter the controlled residential ventilation upon reviewing it again. I thought it was automatic that both would be subsidized if the systems communicate with each other in some way and both systems are eligible for funding.

The requested amount is €50,000. However, the application only includes the ground-source heat pump.

Exactly. There was no field for the controlled residential ventilation. But as far as I know, there was/is funding for controlled residential ventilation as long as it communicates with the brine-water heat pump.

Correct, basically it is only one application for "efficient heating" and the costs for the heat pump, Controlled Residential Ventilation as well as (partly) smart home connectivity are subsidized, up to a max of 50k.
