You're right Here is the excerpt from the website of the Öko-Zentrum NRW on this:

„[...] If an EE or NH package is implemented, all funding rates (except Efficiency House 40+) increase once by 2.5 percentage points for new buildings and by 5 percentage points for renovations. A combination of EE and NH packages is not possible. Therefore, the maximum funding rate is 50% for a renovation to Efficiency House/-building 40 with EE package.
The amount of eligible costs for residential buildings is up to €120,000 per residential unit, for Efficiency House 40+ and using EE or NH package up to €150,000 per residential unit. [...]“

This means for 40 Plus conversely:

with EE or NH package: €37,500 (25% of 150,000)

without EE or NH package: €30,000 (25% of 120,000)

I would say the decisive date is the day the application is submitted to the KfW. More concrete information will certainly be provided again in January. In any case, the financing bank is informed.

Is a combination of the old Bafa subsidy and the increased Kfw funding possible from 01.07? I have already submitted the Bafa application

No, that is not possible. It has already been explained in this thread. BAFA old (until 31.12.) can only be used with KFW old (until 30.06.21). From 01.07.21, there is only the BEG WG (KFW new) for the construction of new residential buildings.

Hello everyone,

in a current article on the website "Öko-Zentrum NRW" it says about the General framework conditions of the BEG:

"[...] The loan and grant funding takes place in parallel across all areas. For all funding, a choice can be made between a grant or a loan with repayment subsidy. [...)"

This means, conversely, that when applying after 01.07.2021, I can choose between the following for the KfW 40Plus standard including the use of EE or NH package:

Option a.) promotional loan of 150,000 EUR minus 27.5 % or 41,250 EUR repayment subsidy
or Option b.) direct grant amounting to 41,250 EUR?

The additional 2.5% are only granted for KfW with EE or NH. You only receive the EE, e.g. through a photovoltaic system, if it provides at least 55% of the energy demand required for the heating and cooling supply of the building and you do not make use of the feed-in tariff. If that is actually the case, then better to waive the 2.5% and take the feed-in tariff for 20 years, right?
