You can combine both subsidies, but if the air-water heat pump is not included in the KfW grant (but in the Bafa subsidy), you do not receive the EE package. So you are giving up 5% and an increase of the maximum eligible costs by 150,000€. You have to calculate what is cheaper right now.

Just called KfW again. They told me that EE can also be combined with BAFA.

Both 261 and 461. And both new construction and renovation.

In the FAQ it says, for example, "In addition, the advantages for an efficiency house EE class in the BEG WG (increase of eligible costs and funding rate) can no longer be claimed if the installation of an EE heating system is already being funded / has been funded through BEG EM." The heating system must therefore be funded through BEG WG in order for the EE class to be claimed. Other combinations may be possible, however.

But if I build a prefab house, I usually meet the requirements of the NH package, don't I?

Exactly, that would probably be possible. But with renovation using the EE class, not necessarily. The NH package is only available for new construction.

Ok. I was referring to new construction now. It would definitely be pretty amazing if you really get the 37.5 + BAfA (about 12) in new construction. I'm curious.

I have 2 questions about the BEG WG (new construction):

a) What interest rate does one actually have with the BEG WG loan option?

b) Do you have to have a blower door test done for both KFW 153 and BEG WG?
