But they have to be external, right? They are not allowed to come from the company?

Many construction companies that only build to KfW standards will arrange the consultant for you. He does not necessarily have to be external, but certified.

Hello,

I have a question regarding the funding for an Effizienzhaus 55. We are currently planning a house construction and would like to receive the 18,000€ as a pure grant.

What exactly does "bis zu 18,000 Euro" mean for an Effizienzhaus 55? When might it be less?

Best regards, Tobi

15% of a maximum loan amount of 120,000 euros / eligible costs

So if you choose the loan option, it is less than 18,000 if you do not take 120k from the BEG.
For the grant option, the house would have to be cheaper than 120k. ;-)

Well, you get a percentage share of in this case €120,000.
So if you have €120,000 eligible costs, you get 15% of this = €18,000 grant.
If, for example, you build yourself and then cannot declare these costs and maybe only contract individual trades, you may only be able to declare fewer costs and then get 15% of this amount.

Alright, the house will cost about 260k :D does that mean you don’t get any grant at all? Or % less?
