Hello everyone, the time has finally come. The long-awaited information sheets for the BEG WG as both loan and grant options have been published.
They can be found on the KFW website under the respective program (Loan: 261, Grant: 461) and then under Forms and Downloads.
With this, KFW has finally also explained how the technical values (e.g. thermal bridge coefficient/surcharge) are to be calculated for the funding application. This means that applications that may be submitted from 01.07.21 can now be calculated, i.e. the energy efficiency experts can get started...
Unfortunately, the interest rates for the loan variant have not yet been published; they will only be announced on 01.07.21.

Yes, those were MAP. Correct, they cannot be combined and thus it should actually be worthwhile to quickly complete BAFA + KfW 153...

We are pleased to confirm that the funding in the market incentive program of BAFA may be combined with the new federal funding for efficient buildings (BEG WG).

Please note the following:
The investment costs that you apply for the heating system in the BAFA funding are not eligible for funding in product 153 and in the BEG WG. Costs exceeding the BAFA grant must be financed elsewhere.

Important for you:
If the installation of an EE heating system is already or has already been subsidized elsewhere, you cannot apply for the EE class and Efficiency House 40 Plus funding levels.

Does that now mean that for a KfW 40 Plus house, the combination

BAFA old + KfW 40 Plus does not work,

but

BAFA old + KfW 40 NH does?

That's exactly right. I just checked again with the KfW.

So the maximum possible funding would then be BAFA old (up to 17,500 EUR) + KfW 40 NH (33,750 EUR).
