Do the 150,000 EUR apply only to KfW 40+ or also to KfW 40/55? On the page of Vaillant, under "Federal funding for efficient buildings (BEG)" a summary is shown in which the 150,000 EUR are possible for all KfW 40+/40/55 (with 17.5%/22.5%/25%). The 2.5% apparently do not apply additionally for KfW 40+.

What is correct now?? o_O

Nothing certain is known ;) I found different variants there, all of course based on unofficial information or drafts. The crux is probably that the bonus of 2.5 percentage points for KfW55 and KfW40 is linked to the use of renewable energies (although I also have that once). That is already sufficiently present by definition in the 40+. On the other hand, the KfW40 with EE and the KfW40+ then come very close together. Just wait and drink tea. It will take a good six months anyway before the new funding can be applied for, and theoretically the official information should come before Christmas

I actually meant BAFA in this case.

Quote on project start:
"The application for funding for one of the aforementioned heat generators must be submitted before the start of the measure. The start of the project is considered to be the conclusion of a delivery or service contract attributable to the execution. Consulting and planning services may be provided before applying for a fundable heat generator.
Only measures that have not yet been commissioned at the time of application are eligible for funding. Planning services may be commissioned, provided, and claimed as eligible costs before application. This also includes, for example, planning services that are necessary within the framework of the approval planning for the heat source development of a heat pump system.
I.
The following preparatory measures may be carried out before the project start defined above without affecting the eligibility of the overall measure:
 Creation of a gas connection
 Development of the heat source of a heat pump system (including a fault-independent insurance for geothermal drilling)
Note: The costs for these preparatory measures are not eligible for funding in this case."

Hello, I am currently reading up a bit here because we will start planning our single-family house + [Einliegerwohnung] (1-room apartment) in January. 160m². We have already commissioned the architect for service phases 1-4 and it is to be a KFW40 Plus house.

Thank you for the link!

Most points of the paper have already been mentioned here in the thread. Nice that there is now also an official source for this.

New to me is that, in addition to the 2.5% additional funding for heat generation from renewable energies (so heat pumps in conjunction with photovoltaic systems, right?), there is also another 2.5% additional funding for the sustainability of the project.

From this, I conclude with regard to the increase of the maximum eligible costs of 150,000 EUR a maximum possible funding amount (with KfW 40 Plus) from 01.07.2021 ideally of 45,000 EUR:

150,000 EUR x (25% + 2.5% + 2.5%)

Is that correct? Or are the additional 2.5% granted only with KfW Standard 55 or 40 in conjunction with EE or NH?

Furthermore, I find it very positive that the grant will in future be granted without the acceptance obligation of the KfW 153 loan, as in most cases the house bank loans are significantly more attractive in terms of the interest rate.

You're welcome.

I understand it as one can get a maximum of 25% of 150,000, so 37,500. See the Vaillant table.

This applies from 01.07. onwards.
We actually wanted to submit the building application in March and start immediately once it is approved. Which date must be after 01.07. here? Loan application?
