For (Construction KfW 40 Plus with air-water heat pump) this means in reverse that the old BAfA subsidy no longer pays off for us.
Old BAfA + old KfW 40 Plus when applied by 31.12.2020 (BAfA) or by 30.06.2021 (KfW): BAfA subsidy: approx. 10,000 EUR KfW 40 Plus subsidy: 30,000 EUR --------------------------------------- Total subsidy 40,000 EUR
New KfW 40 Plus when applied from 01.07.2021 under BEG: KfW 40 Plus subsidy: 41,250 EUR (27.5% on 150,000 EUR)
Thus, the subsidy would be 1,250 EUR higher.
For KfW 40/55 or a KfW 40 Plus with brine-water heat pump, the situation is exactly the opposite again. In these cases, I would quickly submit an application to the BAfA.
Do the 150,000 EUR apply only to KfW 40+ or also to KfW 40/55? On the page of Vaillant, under "Federal funding for efficient buildings (BEG)" a summary is shown in which the 150,000 EUR are possible for all KfW 40+/40/55 (with 17.5%/22.5%/25%). The 2.5% apparently do not apply additionally for KfW 40+.
What is correct now?? o_O
