If that's the case, then it’s really not worth building 40+. 40EE would be sufficient (if you don't necessarily want to install a battery). 40+ (150k€ x 25%) = 37.5k 40EE (150k€ x 22.5%) = 33.75k The subsidy difference would only be 3750€...

Is the official start of the project actually the date of the building application or the building permit, or the commissioning/contract conclusion with the general contractor or shell builder/craftsman?

However, the battery would be very well subsidized and certainly economical due to self-consumption.

The BEG guideline states: “Funding applications must be submitted before the start of the project. The start of the project is considered to be the conclusion of a delivery or service contract attributable to the execution; this also applies to reinvestments within the framework of existing contracting contracts, where the project of the reinvestment only begins with the conclusion of further delivery and service contracts of the contractor with third parties. Planning and consulting services may be provided before the application is submitted and do not in themselves constitute the start of the project.”

And everything else then from 01.07. onwards?
So signing the contract (house construction), funding application, ...
