That would then be the standard 1/2 turn. My program cannot display it.
Image from the pinned post in the forum:

I don't think it needs to be as large as here. Of course, it depends on your ceiling heights.
The exit upwards actually goes through the utility room (in the utility room you can place something under the stairs, above it is the wall, stair steps closed).

That would mean, however, that the noise from the washing machine and dryer comes freely into the hallway, wouldn't it? The utility room should actually still be very large. Then you could reduce it a bit so that the stairway does not run through the utility room, right?

Something like this.... The utility room's entrance door could also be "pulled out" a bit again.

So what? Just like you. That’s how everyone who has a neighbor lives. And still lives

In Kaho's design, a double-spiral, i.e. standard staircase fits at the end of their entrance hallway, where a closet is drawn.

Your last post mainly means NO hip roof, because otherwise you simply won’t get up there.

Why is the terrace by the living room important? It is more important in the dining/cooking area and where you like to sit outside again after work.

And, with 4 days of home office, the laundry discussion was really so much unnecessary.

I have no problem with neighbors. It just doesn't make sense to me to plan the terrace around the corner when I have a big shadow on the terrace from my neighbor's garage. So on the corner side.

But I do want a hipped roof. I think I will find a good compromise there.

I would like the terrace at the back of the property and preferably around the corner if the neighbor's development allows it. If I then have to walk from the kitchen to the living room and then to the terrace, that's not a big deal. For the end of the workday (leaving work, dinner, kids are in bed, etc.) the corner side of the terrace probably won't have enough light in the midsummer. But I can live with that too.

Since, due to the children, we also get up early on weekends, a terrace close to the kitchen would also have its charm.

I’m probably not going to go to the laundromat with you because you know about the technology, which I don’t understand at all (BAP)
