I also wouldn’t place the entrance that far back ... in general, I’m still a fan of the longer but narrower version, but if the exterior dimensions really have to be 11.5x16 m, here’s another attempt from me.
No garage .. just a "shed" for bicycles etc. The light area is then the carport roof. Green means entrance door in the shed .. so you can somewhat bring the bicycles in there. Additionally, a visitor’s car could still be parked in front and keep enough distance from the entrance.

Key points of the floor plans:
[*]Staircase removed directly from the entrance
[*]Sufficient cloakroom space at the entrance for shoes, jackets etc. (approx. 350 cm)
[*]Technical HAR ... here you can also fit a stroller or something like that
[*]Small bathroom for children and guests with tub, possibly embedded in the screed, so later on a walk-in shower could perhaps be integrated there
[*]Hallway used for washing area with washer/dryer, worktop above for folding, total width approx. 150 cm, in front lamella curtain. Next to it a small room for laundry collection. Could also store toilet paper supplies etc. Easily accessible from all private rooms.
[*]Master bedroom with "master bath" ... walk-in shower, 2 sinks, 25 cm deep storage for cosmetics etc.
[*]Stairs at the end of the hallway with storage underneath for vacuum cleaner, mop, small kitchen supplies like drink crates etc. Centrally located in the house. The stairs have a window facing the living/dining area at a railing height of 165 cm .. this brings light to the hallway
[*]Then cooking/eating/living, with large island, generous space for dining table (drawn 100x200 cm) and the quiet corner for sofa/TV/sound, which doesn’t disturb anyone because wardrobes are also located towards the parents.
[*]Upper floor towards the southeast an open playroom with approx. 110 cm high railing around the stairs, 2 skylights and windows facing southeast.
[*]Then the "order hallway" with 4 closets of 2 m each, also 2 m high, you can always get these cheaply and here everything can be stored that fits well in cabinets. Special wardrobe, seasonal decorations, games, files etc. On the right and left "storage room unorganized", so rather things like skis, suitcases, surfboards and whatever else comes to mind.
[*]Towards the northwest then the home office room. A guest bed with 140 cm width would also fit there. You can also quickly inform the parcel delivery person from there if you don’t get downstairs quickly after ringing the bell .
[*]In the attic I would (red outlined) provide water/WC connection. With remodeling you could easily fit 4 rooms and a small bathroom there. And since the master bath lies directly below, it shouldn’t be too complicated.
Generally, I still find my first variant very desirable. I had planned a gable roof with 22° there.
