I wouldn't worry too much about the noises. Sound system: no one will turn it up full blast while the other person is sleeping. Also, the washing machine and dryer don't disturb sleep, as they are not in the children's room and don't run all night.

No, she won't do it every evening. But definitely every second evening. She does it in the evening when the children are in bed. So from about 8 pm... If you use soundproof doors for the children's rooms, does that help much?

How do you know that she will do that from 8 pm? You’re basically setting yourself up for failure because you can only start emptying the dryer at the earliest around 10:30 pm.

And, children are actually not that sensitive to noise, but rather perceive sounds as a sign that they are not alone. And I wouldn’t really classify modern washing machines/dryers as noise.
