It would make more sense for it to go further back, since you are going diagonally and the southwest corner comes into the boundary area.

He probably meant backwards, this time just had the site plan upside down

So, now something completely different. The children's rooms on the sunny side, now guaranteed quiet . The terrace could be a bit problematic, but the afternoon/evening terrace depends somewhat on the neighbor's plans anyway because of the sunlight.

Laundry again in the utility/technical room

Living with the subwoofer now borders no quiet rooms at all.

Straight staircase, whose substructure in the hallway will be extended a bit to centrally place broom/vacuum cleaner, mop as well as beverage crates etc. The side wall of the staircase at the lower part only up to railing height, so it looks airier.

While designing together with the attic, different conceivable usage scenarios came to mind, even for later.

[*]From the children's rooms with space-saving stairs/ladder, access a second level and separate the playroom upstairs and you have 2 larger units for the children. Or without a staircase in the room, but basically a second children's room.
[*]Set up a living unit upstairs for a caregiver living in the house (accident, illness etc. can make this necessary)
[*]Separate a living unit for one child, simply close the living room door downstairs, add an extra door at the stairs in the hallway and then the parents have their area downstairs and a child could build an apartment upstairs (hence this time 2 red boxes in the attic to provide water there)

Oh, sorry, that's right. The OP had only claimed to have implemented it...
Clear copyright infringement.

Again: the living room is only separated from the rest of the living and dining area. It measures 4x4m and if that is too little for the chill-out corner, leave out the partition wall - then you have a proud approximately 59m². But I don't want to harp on it - you don't like the shape anyway. I only say this because for you something like that

would also have to be a far too small living room...?!

I found the other one better. The terrace issue would be quite a big pill to swallow...

Now you’ve put up a barrack for him

No, seriously: nice design. Children's rooms very well integrated, in my opinion. It’s helpful to sometimes focus on the essentials and not get stuck.
Personally, despite the subwoofer, I would mirror the living room with the kitchen and equip the entrance hallway with a double door to the kitchen. Transparency in the everyday area...

The gable roof is much more charming and modern than the high hipped roof, which is not at all proportional to the building.

In your floor plan, I find the living room very small. Then just remove the reduction there and straighten the wall. Where is the problem? This is not a suggestion that cannot be changed The idea counts, the possibilities.
