The utility room is indeed well accommodated in the SSW, but for the supply lines, technology, and as a non-living space, it is still too elite.

Take another look at the graphic below. You can see that the boundary at the front is straight. I can't explain why it is a curve in the development plan either.

Yes, and where does the graphic come from? The basis of my site plan is the current cadastral map from the Sachsen-Anhalt viewer. I trust this geometry more, since even in your plan it says R=60.00 and yet a straight line is drawn. And the representation of the rear building boundary also has nothing to do with the development plan.

Thanks for the sketch. The developer recommended positioning the utility room as close to the street as possible because otherwise the connection costs increase. Since the heat pump will be placed outside by the utility room, I'm also not sure if the solution is that good. I still need to be able to drive through well with the car. Do you know how far they usually stand away from the house?

Regarding car length, I agree with you. What do you think if I take a double garage instead of a carport and garage? Then we have more space in total and it shouldn’t be so bad if I park at a slight angle.

It’s hard to follow your ideas. A finished sketch is always best for understanding. The living room must under no circumstances be adjacent to a child’s room since, as I said, I have a sound system in the living room. The utility room should preferably be at the front to keep connection costs low.

I will try to make something out of the sketch and the ideas and post it here.

I got the graphic from the developer. I will ask the developer why there are differences.

It really doesn't fit. The house is too wide

That calls a bungalow into question.

Be that as it may: how expensive is the giant place supposed to be?
