I played around again with an angled bungalow ops:

The idea was a proper summer evening barbecue terrace.

In the north, a garage (then the window in the utility room has to go) with storage extension, alternatively also a carport with storage extension here.
In the southwest, then another carport with a nice partition wall.
If the house is placed at the 5m corner just like the northern garage, in my opinion you are far enough away from the street and can create a nice spot in the corner of the bungalow for summer evenings. Also undisturbed by neighbors, who can enjoy the evening sun.

In the southeast you can still put a terrace, can also consider making an exit from the children's rooms, etc.

Just meant as inspiration for now.

The staircase is first and foremost determined by the story height. I always calculate it on the website (-> google) "Treppe 1x1". You should keep a few basics in mind. For example, I wouldn't go below 1m width in my house - stringers and railings make things narrower in the end. Also, I always try to have the rise somewhere between 18 and 18.6cm and the tread width between 26 and 27cm. Headroom not less than 2.10m.

I fiddled a bit more with the floor plan. This is how I would do it now, although the staircase is normally a 1/4 turn without a landing (software error).

On the roof, I only see a gable roof - without knee wall a hip roof is nonsense in this case and looks terrible in my opinion.
Maybe you open the ceiling up to the roof at the entrance for a small gallery. Then put some nice big windows in there - it would look something like this:

Ok, just playing around.

Are you still expecting answers from the OP? Well, at least his behavior matches the development plan, which raises more questions than it provides answers. Because actually, it stipulates gable and hipped roofs in the usage template. The legend confirms this. However, the reference to the legal basis is missing here. According to the Building Code, the roof form and pitch cannot be determined. This has to be done in a state-specific design statute, which can also be integrated into the development plan but must then be appropriately marked, which is not the case here. The justification for the development plan does not help either – on the contrary: it even speaks of a "simultaneous determination of the roof form and pitch." But in the plan document, I cannot find any reference to the roof pitch. IMHO, the determination of the roof form is void.

The BU can’t do that.

I don’t see stair width as important here; it could also be 90. After all, it’s not a main staircase.

I would actually like to go in this direction with the living spaces:

But then I can't fit a staircase in anymore and the rooms are next to the "loud" rooms again. What do you think?
