I had left out the staircase - sorry, I don’t believe in it.
But if you do, you could choose to move it to the private area at the back. This would have the charm that the double doors with lots of light lead into the dining area. Also, you could put a window behind the staircase and have the hallway illuminated. However, the second storage room would be lost.
Otherwise, the variant remains as in the first attempt.

Here are both variants sketched, whereby the space under the straight staircase might have to be made by the carpenter or directly by the staircase builder for more "filling volume".

I thought we have plan above southeast and not just east. Am I wrong? Apart from that, I would build Yvonne's if I had to choose one.

I usually spend 32 hours a week in the office. 1 day I possibly drive to the company.

Yes, exactly. Above the plan is southeast and not just east.

I might possibly make a terrace around the corner... But the neighbor to my right will probably place his garage on the property line. (At least that's what I've heard from a resident in the neighborhood)

Then better to give up the 2nd storage room and position the staircase in the private area. But what kind of staircase is best to take there, there is really very little space?
