The outstanding survey probably only relates to the marking of the boundaries, which is usually postponed until the road expansion is completed or the owner requests it. However, your notarial contract should comprehensively and clearly describe the property. If it was concluded before the cadastral parcel formation, a clearly defined subdivision plan should be included as an annex.
