Because we’re currently talking about electric roller shutters....Costs? We went to a window maker after being told there would be an extra charge of €200 per roller shutter. The window maker just smiled and said that this small motor doesn’t cost €50 :/

Well, it depends on what you want... my motors alone cost 300 each... plus electrification and adapters for the shaft etc., so about 350 per window...

If you take the simplest motors (and yes, those work too) then you can get by with 50 + adapter + electrification...

So depending on what the window manufacturer installs, 200 can be a fair price... it usually also includes the programming of the end points etc. and that is all labor time that has to be paid for...

@ Bauexperte: Great post. Our construction project doesn’t start until spring. But I think that hardly any construction projects run completely without problems. After all, this is not the production of a Swiss watch. However, how people treat each other and solve problems is important. We also decided on a construction monitoring expert and hope to do well with that.

What I forgot:

What we didn't treat ourselves to:
- Rainwater cistern

But we immediately had the terrace and the entrance area covered with gravel. Later, it just needs some crushed stone on top and then it can be paved. We're still not sure whether we'll have a wooden terrace or not. We'll see.
