Most of all, we enjoy our open kitchen with the huge island every day, the rooftop terrace in the evening sun, and our large rain shower with built-in fixtures and nano-coated frameless glass enclosure.

Next, we will tackle the masonry raised bed around the terrace, the masonry outdoor kitchen, and a bicycle garage for our fleet. What pleases me most is doing all of this myself, after we did not perform any own work during the house construction.

In the utility room, a utility sink. In the garden, a terrace made of shell limestone slabs, pretty, it looks like a beach, plus anthracite paving stones as a path and edging. Concrete, rectangular, chamfered. A flagpole in the garden, painted white with the Schleswig Holstein flag. Fiber optic on the wall in the kitchen and the WCs, where it is not tiled. The rest remains standard. And the standard has been executed well so far, precisely and punctually. He wants to hand over the house to us by the end of July, that should be doable. Karsten

In the bathroom, I only treated myself to a cool rain shower and I love this shower. Every time I shower, I am glad to have done so. Otherwise, there was also an air conditioner in the bedroom.
