We also treated ourselves to a large (1x2m) bathtub with a view of the greenery.

Without a bathtub would be unimaginable for me.
A good book, a delicious red wine.... That’s what relaxation looks like.
I have to admit honestly... At home, I hardly ever shower so far. Mostly only away after sports. I’m just more of a bather.

But that will definitely get better with the new even bigger shower....

Everyone just has different preferences.

Best regards
Fanta

Nice when you can afford both a shower and a bathtub. It also has the advantage that they can be used simultaneously. At the moment, my husband and I live with a tiny bathroom, where the washing machine and dryer are squeezed in. If I want to brush my hair and my husband is brushing his teeth, nothing else can be done... Oh yes, what we are treating ourselves to in the house is a big bathroom!!!

We have planned an 11sqm bathroom upstairs and a 4sqm bathroom downstairs. With the T-solution upstairs, we have a huge walk-in shower where we can all do a rain dance under it with the children at the same time. That is also such a luxury that we wanted. Of course, with a water-saving Rainshower.

: I know that too. We are currently living in the granny flat of the sold house and the bathroom is really tiny. Shower, sink, and toilet. It's way too cramped for two people.

But: The main bathroom in the new house is nice and big, just under 15 sqm. That will be our oasis of calm.
The house just has to finally be finished. The windows will be installed tomorrow, two weeks late.

No, we now have a great walk-in shower, and it is hardly used... My husband also retreats to the tub to read.

Yes, reading in the tub... For me, that's more relaxing than traveling somewhere, paying admission, struggling with changing cabins and lockers, and being loudly bubbled in the whirlpool there.
