On which of these floor plans can we continue to build?

Kaho usually has the correct stair dimensions

What kind of cabinets are these?
With Kaho’s suggestion, you have more space than before for them

The cabinet fits to the left and right of the window in the living room, possibly the window needs to be shifted a bit. Additionally, you have 2 linear meters in the living room for the TV.
Utility room at least 5 linear meters, office 4 linear meters + 1.6 table, kitchen a huge L possible or as drawn there remains 1-2 linear meters of space to the left of the door.

The bedroom already has 3.2m if I interpret the window correctly.

Again you only repeat your requirements from the first post and don’t engage with the new ideas, even though the floor plan offers so much more. Well, I’ll stop probing and now know what was meant here.

The staircase is 3.60m long, but only 90 wide. If it should be wider, you have to decide what should become 10cm narrower for that. Possibly, you can gain a little from the walls. I have drawn all interior walls with 20. Your BT builds thinner, right? But you have this problem with almost all floor plans of your BT as well.

3.60m long is the common minimum dimension here. With a ceiling height of 2.50m, it should fit - for this small house, I find it appropriate.

That was a well-meaning, factual question.

That is an old farmhouse cabinet display case.

I think we are talking about different cabinet areas. Running meters including all the ancillary rooms should be sufficient. It was about a homely accessory. You don’t want to keep everything in the storage room or utility room.

I wonder if someone tries to find something negative in every sentence I write?

Correct, with us the load-bearing walls are 15 and the other interior walls 11.5 cm.
Regarding the staircase, I understood from the architect that a straight staircase would probably be about 3.75 meters long, roughly 25 cm per step.

I’ll give it a try.

It's not about negativity. Objectively, it is the case that this information is not stated concretely anywhere before. But then you bring it up to critically question suggestions and ideas. You have to know and decide what is more important to you. It has been said multiple times already, either build (much) bigger or prioritize.
