On which of these floor plans can we continue to build?

I keep trying.

If the house is 10 meters wide, then the areas cooking/dining/living can either be distributed along this width, so actually only 9.30 meters, and make this area deeper. Or one uses an L-shaped room and lets the area that should go to the back disappear around the corner. In this case, you would then have the 9.30 meters to the garden for 2 areas, but not quite as deep.

What about the 3rd floor plan from the entrance thread?

Maybe the office room could be made a bit taller so that the area in front of the WC becomes a bit bigger. The wall between the kitchen and living room could also be removed or made half-high towards the garden. Of course, there should still be a window in the upper hallway. The upper hallway could also be made a bit wider if it should be too narrow. Then the actually too large children's rooms would become a bit smaller.

And then I have another floor plan here (without windows and doors), based on the Danwood P 151.3.

It may be that the U-shaped staircase is a bit too large. The staircase could perhaps also be moved a bit downward. The starting point is still open. I had planned it in front of the door to the living room so that the area under the staircase in the lower right would be walkable.

Furthermore, I also have the Park 151W from Danwood. Maybe something could be built on this as well?

I am aware that the images created with Word are not eye-catching, but you don't always have the appropriate program available. And SweetHome certainly is not an architect's program, but it does have dimensions. Can you recommend a more visually appealing program?
But verbal communication is not always easy either.
True. Now just imagine that the concrete staircase is painted white and the door opposite is a glass door and the wardrobe with sliding doors is built into the wall on the left.
Hmm, I find it rather not so harmonious. Apart from that, we will most likely not have floor-to-ceiling windows upstairs.

I was not talking about design aspects of the drawings, but about your fundamental (in my opinion non-) affinity for coding your discussion content into graphics.

At Danwood, the rooms are very small. If the size of the bedrooms is enough for you, I would take the office upstairs and add the room downstairs to the living room. Your living-dining area is as small as in my old apartment. That was already cramped for two, a disaster for three, and with four I would get claustrophobic.

Then I'm looking at a white wall, namely the underside of the stairs. Transparency is something else

Here is the adjusted Danwood 151W:

One home office facing the garden:

And one kitchen facing the garden:

Upstairs, it can certainly be a bit more orderly:

Then based on the Solution 151:

And another variant of the City Villa 138 from HC with a U-shaped staircase, although the hallway upstairs is already incredibly large:

But by now I think you can post so many ideas here, there will always be something to complain about, even if it’s just the general non-affinity for design aspects.
