So, we are at post 55 and much revolves around the past in another forum.
The fewest answers addressed the actual questions. So far, I have received feedback from , , , and .
Unfortunately, I presented the floor plans somewhat awkwardly. All 4 refer to the 1st floor plan. But this means the architect's, i.e., the Signus with the TV area behind the stairs, or the self-drawn one with the square living/dining room? I understood and to prefer the Signus.
The garage is not a must, but we need a way to store garden tools and bicycles, etc., and especially to access the bikes so that you don’t have to push them through the whole garden.
But here we are talking about a 9 m deep floor plan!
And I am not saying it has to be a straight staircase either.
OK, apparently a quarter-turn staircase with the exit somehow still counts as a straight staircase, but it is not a must. In the architect’s last draft, they stepped down one step at the exit. This makes the staircase about 25–30 cm shorter but also wider.
That’s not what it’s about at all.
But if someone doesn’t want to contribute objectively to the topic, then they don’t have to clutter this thread with stuff. The thread in the other forum is past; here we deal with the present and maybe also the future.
That’s exactly what this is about *thumbs up*.
How much the land is worth is difficult to say.
The standard land value can only be taken as a basis to a limited extent… nothing new has been built there for many years.
Ultimately, the price also includes things like the access road and development. Furthermore, the price already includes electric blinds, some tiling work, and the paving of the terrace, driveway, and entrance.
Unfortunately, I can’t follow you again… men and women think differently.

With every one. Or did you want to build no garage in any variant?

It’s just that all arguments bounce off the OP. Then that’s how it is. After nearly 200 posts and many alternatives, the OP still wanted to install their straight staircase at 8.5 meters depth.
But not possible at 8.5 meters house depth without making serious compromises!
also that he insists on a straight staircase.

I can name you a third forum, maybe they talk for you there.

On the other hand, pointing out advantages and disadvantages as well as alternatives regarding things that are not “fixed” is sensible and very helpful. It would be sensible to take this constructive approach in the comments.
Asking for opinions is usually a sign that the OP questions themselves, actively deals with other opinions and options. But that does not necessarily mean abandoning one’s own opinion and submitting to opponents’ dictates. Thinking for oneself is still sensible. Deciding for oneself too.
By the way, I find both your and kaho’s statements helpful and thoughtful: You actively engage with the questions and bring in your own opinions, experiences, and options — exactly what is needed here and helps the OP perhaps find better solutions.

Including the land, it is hard to judge.

No one said that either. How do you come up with that nonsense?
