On which of these floor plans can we continue to build?

I believe everyone has the right to use living space.
What does my neighbor over 90 years old say? „Children's toys are not clutter“

Your house is not big
Option 1
- come to terms with the small rooms. Possibly do without the enclosed stairwell
Option 2
- build bigger
Option 3
- clarify if a basement is possible.
Not something vague like it could possibly be
Building services downstairs,
Study with light well downstairs
Storage room downstairs
Floor plan for that 10 x 8.5 or even 10 x 8

No longer feel like explaining the world to you. Take the draft from BT. I’m out here.

Yes, you can also do it differently:

Kitchen peninsula with 70 cm depth and drywall partition at countertop height (countertop still goes over it), so a total of about 85 cm depth.

Table then docked crosswise.

Patio door (90 cm) between the lines (distance 100 cm). At the top of the plan behind the table a seating window, so sill height at typical chair height, then the table can be turned for celebrations and the seating window used as a seat.

Table with 180x90

and table at 270 x90

You don't have to ... by the way, the world doesn't only consist of floor plans.

Many thanks for the suggestion.
Unfortunately, it is still tight:
5.5 meters inside - 60 cm cabinet - 120 cm traffic area - 70 cm cabinet + drywall = 2.85 meters ... that is not much.
It should be at least 3 meters, you don't just sit straight at the table.

My wife doesn't like this tightness either and has now started looking and found KH's Etos. I have traced it. Upstairs, as always, no problem; downstairs, you'd have to see how to arrange the study, WC, and utility room. By the way, the living area is over 42 m², and maybe the stairwell can still give up some space towards the lower plan.

Sure, someone will come along again and say that it's 10.85 meters wide. So be it.

And, is there really more space now? And who says it has to be 120 cm distance, I wrote 100 cm. It's much more practical when the cooktop and sink are separate. I myself even have only 93 cm.

So 60+100+70+15=245 cm ... leaving 305 cm ... of which the table takes up 180 cm. So still 125 cm to the right according to the plan. And, it's together what belongs together .. eating and cooking .

That’s coming from the right person.

Your wife found something after all. Wonderful. Problem solved.
