On which of these floor plans can we continue to build?

It would be nice. Both of our cars are >2m wide with mirrors. Better measure it yourself. By the way, our double carport at the rental apartment is only 4.5m wide. It's no fun..

5 meters is not generous. Slightly wider than public parking spaces. As long as you don't want to park 2 Dodge RAMs there, it should be fine.

Advantages of carport
Lighter appearance
The walls don’t seem so bulky
(Garage has brick walls on the left and right, carport has none on the house side and only a thin one towards the boundary)
Cheaper

You don’t have to shovel snow and you won’t need to scrape ice that often
Our garage still has no door (so more like a carport), I myself didn’t have to scrape in February when it was really cold down to -20 degrees
I’m also not sure yet whether a door will be installed next year. There is no pressure to do so

For now, it’s better to continue designing the outdoor area

Sorry, I already posted this here, even the basic rules of a parking space.

The bicycles, we already discussed here as well, can be stored in the storage room in the east. You would have a total of 3 parking spaces for cars: one in the east in front of the storage, two under the carport in the west.

Yes, the plot is 16 meters wide! There will be a compromise, and those are the parking spaces here.

The advantage of a carport is that it is more open. No walls to limit. Where there is a wall, nothing works anymore. With a carport only posts. Easy to pass through. Flexibility.

But honestly: build your 9x6 prefabricated garage for your 9x10 house. For you, everything different will be seen as a disadvantage. You won’t see the positive aspects of the suggestions here at all. Probably all people who build a carport are crazy in your eyes?
2.75 m internal garage width will always be wider for you than a carport that is 2.75 m wide.
A closed west wall will be brighter for you than with a west window.
A plot limited by the garage in the west will always be wider for you than the full plot width.
And afterwards, it’s our fault.
This really is the same endless discussion here.
I mean: your questions are somehow ... childish!

Again 10x9 for the gardener rather classic with the known disadvantages (bicycles, 2nd entrance in the east too narrow, etc.) but space for radishes.

I would be interested to know what all needs to go into the HAR / utility room at your place. Have you already thought about the appliances? Exactly how much space do they require?

, and
Thank you very much for your feedback.

Many thanks for your floor plans ... I just saw the 8x11.25 from a few pages ago.

Could it be that with the 10x9 the entrance door opens a bit awkwardly?
