On which of these floor plans can we continue to build?

Evaluate them for yourself..., then you go on the offensive with that insight and develop further.
With you, the architect develops and at the same time insights are gathered in the forum, to then throw 10 more designs on the market, all of which somehow need to be changed: whether it’s the size 10 x 9 or, for example, the kids’ room size doesn’t fit. Then at some point the statement appears that you actually want a closed kitchen or something else.
I mean, it’s been going on since 3.10 and at least you’ve moved away from the straight staircase.
I’m really curious about BT’s design – others don’t even need to be discussed here.
Oh, you joyful one

At the time of the conversation, this sounded like that for this new housing development.
As for the old stock, I can of course say nothing.

Haven't we done this with the 8.5 meter deep design?
You are acting as if nothing has developed. There were always new smart insights (especially stairs, building deeper, opening the west side, corridor on the upper floor too big, bathroom too narrow).

That is stated here in the 1st post.

Izmir doesn’t matter. Any one of those you actually liked, but your wife wanted to stick with quer.

No, you understood correctly. I meant that she should give you her willingness to compromise. But if she is already doing that now, ...

... well, then the proposals from Kriminelle and gerrit83 are back in the draw.

Yes, that’s already the limit for scar-free removable space, ...

... more precisely: “thought I could,” as you yourself say: ...

... you just can’t see those things:

... that’s all I tried to get across to you, and therefore one must at ...

... only think of the goat as gardener
If she delegates that to you, that’s called "love" - not "wisdom"

Sort of. Here the fellow discussants are more patient, but you are the same in both forums.

Google Pareto, then you will realize: whoever keeps refining at 90% target proximity cannot be helped in this world anymore. Or as the metalworkers say: after “tight” comes “loose.”

The Pareto principle, as I know it, refers to 80/20. This system may work in many situations, but unfortunately not everywhere. gerrit83 did not propose a rectangular floor plan at all. And the two from Kriminelle unfortunately did not convince me that much. Small children's rooms, with one having the staircase in the living area. However, there are people here who are the same in both forums and do not let the past be the past.
