On which of these floor plans can we continue to build?

In the garden, definitely. But whether house 11 will really make a fence at the entrance area is still open. If they wouldn't put a fence there, their entrance area (front yard) would look more spacious. They also won't enjoy backing out 20-25 meters from their garage.

It is a question of design. In our cul-de-sacs, there are parking spaces in the middle. Others plant a big oak tree. And then the road passes the parking spaces on the right according to traffic rules and circles around to exit on the left again. In that case, you would drive the wrong way each time into the one-way street. Although it is only about 5 meters and probably no one minds, it is technically wrong in terms of traffic.

As soon as they notice you regularly driving around on their land, the fence will go up.

However, if you always only comment on peripheral issues like "neighbor fences" instead of addressing the core problem (house width), then I'll save myself the posts. At least one can say, "I don't like it because of this and that." Then you know where the discussion is heading.

See the development plan.
4 parking spaces are only planned in the access road to the settlement.
The turning circle is designed so that a garbage truck can drive in and drive out in one go.

A 10 m wide house would be nice, but I am open to something else. Just need to see what my wife says about it.

At the moment, I still don’t quite understand why, with a narrower house, the wider strip should then be placed on the east side. I had understood from [USER=12491
@ypg that one would have more of it on the west side.

Since some of you say that one could build on the BT floor plan.

What would you change in the dimensions?

Is the TV area large enough or should it be made x cm deeper?

What do you do with the space under the stairs?

Leave it open?

Storage room (from where accessible)?

Put it on the other side, i.e. facing the utility room?

Or built-in wardrobes for the coat rack and then do without the built-in wardrobe in front of the WC and design this area more open (i.e. without the partition wall for the previously planned coat rack)?

The utility room is quite large. Maybe recess the coat rack there from the hallway?

But only if you are fixed on your 9-meter garage. With a shorter (and wider) carport, the situation looks quite different. You then have more spaciousness and can also easily and quickly walk through there. Nearly impossible with a garage.

I don't know what other issues you want to raise now. You need 2 parking spaces – now you are talking about wanting to accommodate additional cars (for the children?).

Sorry, I also sometimes think a bit about the future and parking space is a difficult issue in some cities. The 2 should be enough for now .
