On which of these floor plans can we continue to build?

Opinions do not become valuable only when they can be justified professionally. Overconfidence is not only found among experts: laypeople also often believe they know nothing.

No, please read correctly. We were actually supposed to get something else. Hm, it led to the children's rooms being small. Great floor plan ... really! We can imagine something like that too. Is the dining area big enough? At some point, surely 6 people will be sitting at the table (I don't even want to think about when my girls eventually bring their first partner home). Our brand new dining table and chairs should come along. And I still miss a spot for a cabinet in the living area. On the wall opposite the couch, it looks like there wouldn't be room for an existing cabinet. How big would the children's rooms be approximately? Do you have the other measurements? We like the floor plan better than the last one from the architect. Especially upstairs there is a lot of hallway. Maybe you could swap the doors of the bathroom and storage room, but then everyone would have to take a longer way around to get to the bathroom.

Draw your table, possibly rotated by 90 degrees

Can you also be specific? Are there dimensions of the pieces of furniture? Why exactly do you need the cupboard in the living area? Is that a deal-breaker? There really is a lot of cupboard space in the floor plan and now you find the pea, of course without saying how it is to be interpreted. You also don't think it's necessary to say what you like about the ground floor plan once again....

No, of course not, because you are still squeezing an office and a HAR / utility room into the ground floor of a 145m² house. But if you really want to build 10x11 now, we can gladly start over again. At least then you’ll save on the new table.

I wouldn’t bet on that. If you’re lucky, the girls will marry rich and the sons-in-law will have bigger houses.

As long as you don’t confuse me with your employees.

I’m on it... 6.15 minus 0.7 exterior wall equals 5.45, kitchen could be 2.45 deep, makes 3 meters.

Table is 180x90, optionally extendable to 270x90. Chairs are each 55x60.
One wardrobe (110x55) should come along. You already have a few things that need to be stored somewhere: DVDs, board games. We have already written off the second old farmhouse wardrobe.

I don’t see this on the ground floor, where do you see it?

The floor plan has something, really! It basically reflects all requirements. The recessed terrace is great. Next to it are another 3 meters, so the garden appears larger. The not required straight staircase is included, the hallway doesn’t seem to feel narrow.
The children’s rooms seem to be the right size, a generous storage room is available, windows in the hallway.
Trying to redraw it. At first glance it looks like the staircase is too narrow and short. And the staircase might need to be shifted a bit to the right so that the bedroom upstairs gets a depth of 3.2 meters,

That will still take some time and before that I’d like to get to know the princes.
