If a room is going to be attached at the back, how does the light get in then? Glass roof? And does enough light come through there?
But all this only works if the house is narrower than 10 m.
Because if I can’t park a second car in front of the carport, then I have to park the other car in the east as well.
That’s why I would simply put a sideboard underneath.
Actually then directly at the wall to the living room or artificially make the area under the stairs a bit narrower with a (dry) wall?

You could also pull the utility room a bit further towards the bottom of the plan, e.g. at the height of the 1st stair step. And where the cloakroom was previously drawn, basically a sideboard with mirror or something.
