You may notice that the feedback is very sparse. Many of your questions are either matters of taste or things you can simply try out yourself to find out, or there simply isn’t a sensible alternative with this floor plan.
Example TV: Take a tape measure and mark 3.55m from the wall behind the TV, then move your armchair as it would be later. Now decide for yourself.
For other things there is no solution with this floor plan. On the ground floor, the entrance area, hallway, and dining room are all uncomfortable narrow rooms. Whether the corridor is 5 cm wider or not doesn’t make any difference. Only at 50 cm might it become interesting, but where do you get that from?
By the way, I would always keep the utility room door at 86. For the WC and storage room, 76 is sufficient.
I would plan the storage room and children’s room so that you can place and actually use cabinets at least 50 cm deep in both. So allow about 3 cm tolerance for plaster and wallpaper. 60 would of course be better – but you still need 1 m to be able to stand in front of it.
I would definitely raise the door to the bathroom. You need every bit of space and storage area you can get.
I would have the space under the stairs made usable by a carpenter in your case. Maybe the staircase builder also offers something ready-made. Here is a nice example where you also get an impression of your hallway:
Otherwise, I would strongly recommend reviewing the window situation again. In the living room, this tiny door on the west side is the result of the whole terrace here and in the green forum? Hmm.
Upstairs there are no windows on the sides at all. It’s like a row house. Let the light in! At least for the children.
Well, and finally you should slowly start dealing with the exterior view. I’m afraid it still looks a bit crazy.
