On which of these floor plans can we continue to build?

You are truly the prince on the pea. Just take it as it is with the damn second version of the ground floor and finally put a checkmark on it. A Jette simply does not fit into a Flair building window, but according to Pareto, the silver medal status has now been reached!

Such a system is not provided for in the current construction service description.

Quite true.

And how do you define that?

The wish is known. After the holidays, we will address our suggestions. Maybe we will receive more or even solution approaches here?

That is a good question.

Now people are already complaining when they get suggestions.

You probably won't get any new impulses with the rigid 10x9. The arrangement of the rooms won't be spectacularly different anymore. The office upstairs has been rejected multiple times. That's why I think you've pretty much tried everything by now.

You can still think a bit outside the box if you at least give up the "9". Maybe you can manage another 40 pages here. But whether that helps – I don't think so.

Wow. If I were the OP, I would sign that immediately. Very chic!

I am usually just a silent reader, as I neither build nor have much expertise, but this last floor plan is great! A house laid out like this (if this were the only criterion) I would definitely buy!

Wow the floor plan is great

Without controlled residential ventilation? Rare. Then the value is higher and the house is no longer quite airtight.
Still, there won’t be a tornado of power outlets and a draft stopper under the door won’t be needed either
