On which of these floor plans can we continue to build?

Normal, yes. But there are increasingly municipalities that specifically write into the text part of the development plan that there should only be one, 2.50 m wide and only exceptionally wider and so on. These are mostly the same ones that list a botanical encyclopedia for front yard planting.

So, survived the kids' birthday party and ready to concentrate again.

Sorry, somehow missed it... probably I perceived it as an ad at the bottom of the page (there are quite a few of those here).

A water storage tank has a diameter of about 80 cm, so 1 m² is about right. The boiler usually hangs on the wall; in theory, you can still put something underneath, e.g. the washing machine.

That was poorly phrased. The construction performance description states utility sink.

You are so nice to me.

Depends.
We have 2 cars, but no one owns a specific car. Everyone drives every car.
And if one car stops working at some point, we’re even considering whether one car would be enough. From there, I have an almost perfect public transport connection to work. Even today, I take public transport to work, but I treat myself to the luxury of driving by car to the station instead of by bus.

No, our cars are parked outside on the street.

Even yesterday, we talked about it again with the family. And what can I say: everyone has a different opinion.

We also thought again about putting the terrace with the 8x11.25 floor plan on the left side in the garden. Then there would basically be a 9x9 green area.

But now comes what for your floor plans and friendly and factual answers.

I will try to redraw the house accordingly in parallel, including furnishing.

No, that would be a decent landscape format, just rotated by 90°. A square is rarely a successful total considered by itself mostly not square rooms; the same applies mutatis mutandis to a near-square.

If only the emperor had still lived to see that

Now it finally has a coherent structure, and with cars used without role allocation or priority, a trapped parking space is not critical - but it may be that for the building authority only the third one counts as the second.

A parking space could possibly also be created on the east side.

So, here is the mirrored floor plan with slight adjustments.
Maybe I will get a little feedback.

Regarding the questions and ideas from this morning.

You already commented on this a few days ago.

Those who expressed their opinions on which floor plan to build on favored the first floor plan (Signus adapted by the BT architect).
Now it is this one, and we would appreciate further factual feedback on this floor plan.
