On which of these floor plans can we continue to build?

5m carport - do 2 cars fit under it? We have 6.15m - that is comfortable. But less? What I would understand, though, is the space requirement in the garage with 2 children. At least 4 bicycles are certainly necessary. The 12x8 still sounds much better to me than 10x9. It will never be a golf course in the back anyway.

Of course that is tight. But a parking space in front of the supermarket or in front of the apartment building measures 2.25. And as I understood the OP, there is only one car or occasionally a visitor's car. In any case, the OP prefers the 9-meter garage to also be able to park in front of the garage. However, there would be no problem with a carport. And an emergency parking space would also be possible on the east side. In the middle of the house, on the east side, a storage room in prefabricated construction could be placed. 3 x 3 meters... And honestly: better 5 meters for 2 and a great floor plan and space on the west side than 3 meters for 1, compromises in the floor plan and no west side.

Nevertheless, the OP felt offended when I wrote in the green forum "If I were your developer, I would have long ago said, 'oh, just hesitate with someone else' (or have you committed)" — mind you: in post 178 (now edited — not by me), after criminals and Gerrit83 had made several concrete improvement suggestions, but the OP preferred to return to, I believe, the sixth edition of the original draft and wanted to know how many cm the hallway would still be wider than the door frames; and he also took my comment "I always say: real men drive women’s cars " the wrong way. In fact, my local car is an Agila and before that a Corsa and a Uno (well, I haven’t had a Micra or Mini yet). You can’t immediately recognize the Berlin attitude when it’s written down

I absolutely do not want to go through the entire initial post again. Does it say anywhere what the budget is?

No.
9 x 10 without frills and chimney. incl. finished garage. That’s all.
