Pantry:
Ok, understood. The door should stay for now, but I have widened it to 885 cm and raised the north wall.
The door from the WF to the hallway had to be reduced to 885 cm (previously 1010) because of this, at least if a cupboard is still supposed to fit in the WF. The pantry is now bigger and, in my opinion, much better. Thank you!

Regarding the bathroom:
There is no washing machine, dryer, or laundry basket in the bathroom because of the basement and laundry chute.
Still too small?

And, 180 cm row spacing in the kitchen is far too much. Just a quick note on that. Refrigerator in the niche (it’s probably meant to be a side-by-side, at least consider French door), too far from the sink line. Also, because of the range hood, consider swapping sink and cooking areas. You actually work much more beside the sink, preparing everything, etc.

And, the work with the range hood becomes easier if it is in a wall row and not in the middle of the room.

What is really missing here, however, are views of the house that clarify how this house is integrated into the hillside plot. I really can’t imagine that well at the moment.

In the dining area, roughly 4.8 sqm are basically reduced to a row of 2.8m x 0.6m. Why even this special entrance? What is the roof supposed to look like?

After this, it should run from north? to south?:

The knee wall then applies to the attic and not to the upper floor (child/parents) – right?

Notable .. around 37 sqm hallway/foyer/staircase plus almost 10 sqm airspace. And then the house is fully basemented? What is supposed to take place in the basement?

We have already been to a kitchen planner and he said we need at least 1.60 cm row spacing. More is better.
But okay, on Friday we have a second appointment with another kitchen planner who will take a look at the measurements.

Swapping sink/cooking is a good idea. Good input for our appointment. Thanks!

I might be able to provide that after our appointment tomorrow. I just wanted to get some input today about what still needs improvement.

But basically, just place it on the plot as our floor plan is currently.
Distance to the north (from the garage) 5m, to the west 2m, to the east 3m.

Well, it’s simply convenient to have a door there to bring supplies, drinks, etc. into the house or to take out the trash to the trash bins (in the garage). It is definitely not meant to become a second entrance.

Gable roof. You can see the external dimensions in the ground plan of the ground floor.

In the site plan the orientation is indeed from north to south.
However, we are allowed to change the ridge direction according to the municipality as we wish.
We chose to turn the ridge to east/west due to the use of solar energy, solar panels, etc.

Yes, that’s correct. (IMHO). As I said, hopefully tomorrow I can also provide elevations.

We regularly have one or two guests who stay for a few days or weeks each.
Otherwise, the basement is just the usual: laundry, heating, hobby.

The air space and bay window wouldn’t have to be there, that’s clear.
It can be omitted without much loss without having to do major replanning.

If you have any tips on how to effectively reduce the staircase hall, vestibule?

You don’t seriously want to carry everything through an 88 cm front door?
