There are three meters from the street to the house planned, at least that’s how I read it from the BPP. Yes, the street would be at the top!

But shouldn't your house then be 24 meters long?! That makes little sense. Just take a screenshot of the spot in the BPP, I'm interested in that.

The plot is about 24 meters long. The assumption (about 4-14 meters) by was therefore quite reasonable.

Ah, sorry, my mistake. I misunderstood this sentence and thought you meant that the slope of the house would be three meters ^^

I expressed myself imprecisely. I meant that prefab house manufacturers also offer houses for a slope, and I have, perhaps mistakenly, referred to these houses as "ready-made houses" in contrast to an "architect-designed house."

Would it be possible, since the property is so cheap and you can finance it through equity, to buy it first? If I understood correctly, you do not have an immediate building obligation. And in at most 2-3 years you can sell it again at the same price anyway (otherwise capital gains tax would apply), if by then you have found something better. I just want to point out again, as I have already done elsewhere, the inflation rate and the penalty interest on cash deposits. Although I think building will become increasingly complicated and expensive in the future, but maybe that is just pessimism.

By the way, the slope does not seem that strong to me either, even if I cannot express it in numbers as well as my predecessors.
