Access to the planned single-family house on a rear plot

The later use of the access road is established, fire department access is not a problem.
The construction road for the house building is more important, 3m wide and 4m high, and at the right-angled street preferably a 5m wide driveway for 3 or 4 axle vehicles.
Protection for the front house (basement?), take photos of previous damages,
Right of way for pedestrians, vehicles, and utilities is secured? Inform the front neighbor about all planned construction measures

The information you provided is extremely useful and will certainly help me with my construction project. Especially the note regarding § 5 Landesbauordnung LSA. From that, I understand that if the building is more than 50 m away from the public road, an access road for the fire department can be required. In my case, a part of the planned city villa is 51.2 m (according to Google Maps :)) away.
