Was underfloor heating planned as well?
How did you do it?
We relied on the heating company's planning. Now there is also underfloor heating in the utility room. Whether that is a disadvantage, I cannot say.
IMHO, a heat load calculation should be made room by room and then determine whether regularly installed heating coils are needed, or if the pipes already lying there are sufficient. I do not know if this is the standard procedure. From previous statements, the builders seem to know (from where?), that no underfloor heating is required.
Moreover, I believe that other rooms also contain technology that produces heat (refrigerator, television, "human machine," among others). Whether that is sufficient depends on various factors (climate zone, desired temperature, heat losses; to name the most important aspects besides the heat source itself, of course).
